RS Computers LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent international laws.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material hosted on our infrastructure infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may submit a notice that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or sufficient detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Misrepresentations
Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that activity is infringing may be liable for damages under applicable law.
