This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between you (“Customer”) and RS Computers LLC and reflects the parties’ agreement with respect to the processing of Personal Data under applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.

1. Subject Matter

This DPA sets out the obligations of both parties regarding the processing of Personal Data in connection with the services provided.

2. Definitions

• “Controller”, “Processor”, “Data Subject”, and “Personal Data” have the same meanings as in GDPR.

• RS Computers LLC acts as a Processor on behalf of the Customer who is the Controller.

3. Processing Scope

• Type of data: Customer contact information, login credentials, and service usage logs

• Purpose: Provision of cloud hosting services

• Duration: For the term of the main service agreement

4. Obligations of RS Computers LLC

• Process data only on documented instructions from the Customer

• Ensure confidentiality and security

• Assist the Customer with data subject requests

• Delete or return all data after service termination

• Allow audits or inspections where legally required

5. Subprocessors

We use third-party subprocessors for service provisioning. A current list is available upon request.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of Personal Data.

7. International Transfers

Data may be transferred to third countries with adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
