Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Effective Date: April 18, 2025
RS Computers LLC guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for its cloud infrastructure.
1. SLA Coverage
This SLA applies to:
VPS hosting
DNS services
Web hosting
API availability
2. Downtime Definition
“Downtime” is defined as periods where services are inaccessible due to infrastructure or system failure.
3. Exclusions
This SLA does not cover:
Maintenance with prior notice
Customer-side misconfiguration
DDoS or external attacks
Force majeure events
4. Credits
If uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month:
99.0–99.89% = 10% credit
95.0–98.99% = 25% credit
<95% = 50% credit
Claims must be made within 7 days of the month’s end.
