Coverage Areas
This agreement applies to VPS hosting, DNS services, web hosting, and API availability.
Downtime Definition
"Downtime" refers to service inaccessibility resulting from infrastructure or system failures.
Exclusions
The SLA does not cover:
- Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Customer configuration errors
- DDoS or external attacks
- Force majeure events
Credit Structure
When monthly uptime falls below the guarantee:

| 99.0% – 99.89% | 10% service credit |
| 95.0% – 98.99% | 25% service credit |
| Below 95% | 100% credit or full refund |
Claiming a Credit
Customers must submit credit claims within 7 days following the affected month's conclusion. Email support@rscomputers-ks.com with your account ID and the affected period.
