Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: April 18, 2025

RS Computers LLC guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for its cloud infrastructure.

1. SLA Coverage

This SLA applies to:

  • VPS hosting

  • DNS services

  • Web hosting

  • API availability

2. Downtime Definition

“Downtime” is defined as periods where services are inaccessible due to infrastructure or system failure.

3. Exclusions

This SLA does not cover:

  • Maintenance with prior notice

  • Customer-side misconfiguration

  • DDoS or external attacks

  • Force majeure events

4. Credits

If uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month:

  • 99.0–99.89% = 10% credit

  • 95.0–98.99% = 25% credit

  • <95% = 50% credit

Claims must be made within 7 days of the month’s end.
