We offer cloud hosting services, including Virtual Private Servers (VPS), dedicated resources, DNS hosting, and related infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal or harmful activities

• Sending spam or malware

• Hosting pirated content or prohibited material

• Violating intellectual property rights

5. Payments and Billing

All paid services must be prepaid. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by us is the property of RS Computers LLC or its licensors.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. See our Service Level Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RS Computers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
