2. Services Provided
The company offers KVM virtual servers (VPS and VDS plans) in Kosovo, the Netherlands and Ireland, and related infrastructure services quoted individually.
3. Account Registration
Users agree to furnish accurate, complete, and updated account information and bear responsibility for protecting login credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
Services cannot be used for:
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Sending spam or malware
- Hosting pirated content or prohibited material
- Violating intellectual property rights

5. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees require prepayment and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

The website, control panel and software we provide remain the property of RS Computers LLC or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data and software you install on your server.
8. Service Availability
The company commits to 99% monthly uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. See our Service Level Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
RS Computers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Modifications
Terms updates occur periodically; continued service usage signifies acceptance of changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
