Premium VPN Kosovo is a ready-made WireGuard VPN that runs on our network in Prishtina. There is no server for you to install or look after: you order, open the client area, and connect each device with a config file or a QR code. Your devices then reach the internet through a Kosovo IPv4 address plus IPv6 assigned to your service alone.
Choose this VPN when you need a Kosovo address. It is built for people and companies who are abroad but still need to appear at home: online banking, government portals, and office systems that expect a local connection. It also protects your traffic on hotel, airport and other public Wi-Fi, because everything between your device and Prishtina is encrypted.
Because the IP address is yours alone, you are not sharing it with strangers whose behaviour can trigger CAPTCHAs, extra login checks or blocks. It also stays the same, so an office system can allow your address and nobody else's.
A VPN adds the trip to Prishtina to everything you do, so it feels best in and near the region. We measured these round trips to our Prishtina network on 6 October 2026 with ping.pe, keeping the lowest of about 10 pings per probe city. Your own ping depends on your ISP.
| From | To Prishtina |
|---|---|
| Vienna | 18.6 ms |
| Frankfurt | 27.8 ms |
| Amsterdam | 37.2 ms |
| London | 40.2 ms |
| Paris | 40.5 ms |
Official apps are on the WireGuard install page for Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad, Android and Linux. When you move from Wi-Fi to mobile data, the tunnel keeps working without reconnecting.
Both give you a dedicated Kosovo address. The difference is who runs the server.
| Question | Premium VPN Kosovo | Your own VPS |
|---|---|---|
| Who sets it up and updates it? | We do | You do |
| Root access and your own software | No | Yes |
| Can others connect in to your address? | No, outgoing traffic only | Yes, you control the ports |
| Adding a device | A click in the client area | Add a peer on the server yourself |
| Locations | Prishtina | Prishtina, Amsterdam or Dublin |
If you want to run the server yourself, or host something on it, see your own WireGuard server on a VPS.
Everything that leaves your IP address must be lawful and follow our Acceptable Use Policy, so keep the VPN for you, your family or your organisation, not the public. Outbound port 25 is blocked to stop spam. Mail apps that send through your mail provider on ports 465 or 587 are not affected.
Yes. Each VPN service gets its own exit IPv4 address plus IPv6, and all the devices on that service use them. No other customer leaves the internet from your address.
No. The VPN carries outgoing traffic only, so nobody on the internet can connect in to your devices through it, and there is no port forwarding. To host something on a Kosovo address, use a VPS in Kosovo instead.
Count the devices that will use the VPN at the same time or over time, because each one needs its own config. Five suits one person or a small household, ten a family, and fifteen a small office. You can move up to a bigger plan later from the client area and keep every device you already have.
Up to 10 Gb/s. Every plan includes speeds up to 100 Mb/s, with up to 1 Gb/s or up to 10 Gb/s available as paid options at checkout. These are upper limits for your service. Your real speed also depends on your own connection, the distance to Prishtina and the site you are using.
Usually, but not everywhere. WireGuard runs only over UDP, and its developers say it does not support TCP. A network that blocks UDP will block the VPN too. Respect each network's own rules.
The address is in Kosovo, but Kosovo has no official ISO 3166 country code, so geolocation databases do not all label it the same way. If one particular service matters to you, ask us on Telegram before you order.
We make no promises. Streaming services license content country by country, their terms often restrict VPN use, and many detect and block data-centre addresses. If streaming is your main reason for a VPN, read that service's terms first.
No. It encrypts your traffic between your device and Prishtina and gives you a fixed Kosovo address, but that address belongs to a service in your name. Choose it for security and a stable local IP, not for hiding who you are.
Using a VPN for personal or business traffic is legal in Kosovo. What you do through it must still be lawful and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Some countries restrict VPN use, so check the local rules before you connect while travelling. This is general information, not legal advice.
